Easy Creamy Tuscan ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the onion and cook until softened.
5.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
