Creamy Tuscan ChickenIngredients:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 6 ounces) Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried thymeInstructions:

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Tips:
You can use any type of chicken you like, such as chicken thighs or breasts.
If you don’t have sun-dried tomatoes, you can substitute 1/4 cup of chopped fresh tomatoes.
You can also add other vegetables to this dish, such as zucchini, bell peppers, or artichokes.
Serve this dish with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
