Creamy Tuscan ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Tips:
You can add other vegetables to this dish, such as spinach, zucchini, or broccoli.
If you don’t have heavy cream, you can use evaporated milk or whole milk instead.
For a richer flavor, use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil.
