Creamy Tuscan ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes (undrained) 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Tips:
For a richer flavor, use 1/2 cup heavy cream instead of milk.
