Creamy Tuscan ChickenIngredients:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon dried basil Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyInstructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Stir in the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.

Add the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
