1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained 1 (12-ounce) container light cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 12 ounces pasta (such as penne or rotini), cooked according to package directionsInstructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
