Creamy Tuscan Sausage PastaIngredients:
1 pound Italian sausage 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil Salt and pepper to taste 12 ounces pasta, such as penne or rigatoniInstructions:

Remove the sausage from the casing and crumble into a large skillet.
Brown the sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces.

Reduce heat to medium and add the olive oil, onion, and garlic.
Sauté until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth.
Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
