Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and eggs.

In a third bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Dip the chicken strips into the flour mixture, then the buttermilk mixture, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated chicken strips on a prepared baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.

Tips:
For extra crispy tenders, double-coat them by dipping them twice in the flour mixture, buttermilk mixture, and breadcrumb mixture.
To make the tenders ahead of time, bake them according to the instructions, then let cool completely.
Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
When ready to serve, reheat them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
