Crispy Garlic ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1/2 cup cornstarch 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup vegetable oil 5 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon waterInstructions:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Transfer to a plate.

Add the garlic to the same skillet.
Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and water.
Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a boil.

Add the chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
7.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
