Easy and Delicious Pasta PrimaveraIngredients:
1 pound pasta (any shape) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 zucchini, chopped 1 cup frozen peas 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente (tender but still slightly firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.

Sauté the vegetables:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the remaining vegetables:
Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, zucchini, and peas to the skillet.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the tomatoes:
Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine the pasta and vegetables:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
Cook for a few minutes until the pasta is heated through.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Serve immediately.
Tips:
For a creamier sauce, add 1/2 cup of heavy cream to the skillet along with the tomatoes.
Add other vegetables that you like, such as broccoli florets, mushrooms, or asparagus.
Serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
