INGREDIENTS 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantroINSTRUCTIONS1.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
Drain off any excess grease.

Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the black beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasoning mix.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened.

Stir in the cheddar cheese and cilantro.
