Easy Chicken Stir-FryIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce 1 onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup baby carrots 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantroInstructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and Sriracha.
Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Add the onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the cilantro and serve over rice or noodles.
Tips:
For a spicier stir-fry, add more Sriracha to taste.
You can also add other vegetables to your stir-fry, such as snap peas, edamame, or water chestnuts.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, or sweet and sour sauce.
