4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup olive oil 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh basilInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Dip the chicken breasts in the egg, then coat them with the flour mixture.

Tips:
For a crispier crust, fry the chicken breasts in the olive oil until golden brown before baking.
