Honey Garlic SalmonIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillet, skin on 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsleyInstructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.

Pour the marinade over the salmon and brush to coat.

Tips:
For a crispier skin, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
You can use any type of fish for this recipe, such as tilapia, halibut, or cod.
Leftover salmon can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
