Honey Mustard Chicken WingsIngredients:
1 pound chicken wings 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsleyInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place wings on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, lemon juice, and parsley.
6.
Remove wings from oven and brush with honey mustard glaze.
7.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until glaze is set.
8.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips:
For crispy wings, bake on the top rack of the oven.
If you don’t have parchment paper, you can grease the baking sheet with cooking spray.
Use your favorite brand of honey and Dijon mustard.
Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, or blue cheese dressing.
