Grilled Peach and Burrata SaladIngredients:
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 ball (8 ounces) fresh burrata cheese 1/2 cup arugula 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup balsamic reduction Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)Instructions:

Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the peaches, olive oil, thyme, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Toss to coat.

Grill the peaches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are slightly softened and charred.

Remove the peaches from the grill and let cool slightly.
5.
To assemble the salad, place the arugula and red onion on a serving plate.
Top with the grilled peaches, burrata cheese, and balsamic reduction.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
Tips:
For a sweeter flavor, use ripe, juicy peaches.
If you don’t have a grill pan, you can roast the peaches in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
To make your own balsamic reduction, simmer 1 cup of balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat until it has thickened and reduced to about 1/4 cup.
Pair this salad with grilled chicken or shrimp for a complete meal.
