Homemade Chicken NuggetsIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1 cup panko breadcrumbs Vegetable oil, for fryingInstructions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.

Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken nuggets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken nuggets from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips:
For a crispier nugget, double-coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, egg mixture, and panko breadcrumbs.
To make the nuggets ahead of time, coat them in the flour mixture, egg mixture, and panko breadcrumbs, but do not fry them.
Place them on a baking sheet and freeze for up to 3 months.
When ready to serve, fry them as directed.
Serve the chicken nuggets with a variety of dipping sauces, such as ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce, or honey mustard.
