For the Dough:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and sugar.

Add the warm water and olive oil and stir until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
For the Sauce:
