To make the Crust:
1.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2.
Gradually add the warm water and olive oil while stirring.
3.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4.
Form the dough into a ball, place it in an oiled bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
To Assemble the Pizza:
1.
Preheat the oven to 500°F / 260°C.
2.
Punch down the dough and divide it in half.
3.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each half of the dough into a 12-inch (30cm) circle.
4.
Transfer the dough to a lightly greased baking sheet.
5.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
6.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
7.
Add your desired toppings.
To Bake:

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
