Honey Garlic ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 4 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup honey 4 tablespoons minced garlic 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup water 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper.

Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken until browned on all sides.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, garlic, soy sauce, water, and sesame oil.
7.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and bring to a boil.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
9.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional) and serve over rice or noodles.
