Honey Garlic ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup water 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, water, garlic, and ginger.

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.

In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to form a slurry.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Drain the chicken from the marinade and add it to the skillet.
Cook until golden brown on all sides.

Add the marinade to the skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
8.
Serve the Honey Garlic Chicken hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions (optional).
Tips:
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
You can use any type of honey you like, but buckwheat honey has a strong, caramel-like flavor that pairs well with chicken.
If you don’t have ground ginger, you can use 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger instead.
Serve the Honey Garlic Chicken with rice or noodles.
