Honey Garlic ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup chicken broth 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon waterInstructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, honey, soy sauce, chicken broth, garlic, and ginger.
Stir well to coat the chicken.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water.
Add to the skillet and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.

Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
