Honey Garlic ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces) 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons vegetable oilInstructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper.

Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
5.
Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
6.
Push the chicken to the sides of the skillet and pour in the cornstarch mixture.
7.
Bring the sauce to a boil, whisking constantly, until thickened, about 1 minute.
8.
Stir in the chicken and cook until the sauce is evenly coating the chicken, about another 30 seconds.
9.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
