Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-FryIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 bell pepper, sliced into thin strips 1 onion, sliced into thin strips 1/2 cup broccoli florets 1/4 cup carrots, sliced into thin strips Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, garlic, and ginger.
Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and carrots.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until softened slightly.

Return the chicken to the skillet and add the honey garlic sauce.
Stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.

Serve over rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
Tips:
For a spicier stir-fry, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
You can also add other vegetables to the stir-fry, such as snap peas, snow peas, or water chestnuts.
Serve the stir-fry with a side of steamed rice or noodles to soak up the flavorful sauce.
