Honey Garlic SalmonIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and boneless 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepperInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper.

Brush the salmon fillet with the honey garlic mixture.

Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and the glaze is bubbly and browned.

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips:
For a crispier skin, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Serve the salmon with roasted vegetables or rice.
If you don’t have brown sugar, you can substitute granulated sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce to the glaze for a spicy kick.
