Lemon-Garlic Butter SalmonIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillets (skin-on, if desired) 1/4 cup melted butter 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets in a lightly greased baking dish.

Brush the salmon with the lemon-garlic butter mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F/63°C).
6.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
Tips:
For a crispy skin, roast the salmon skin-side up.
If you don’t have a baking dish, you can also cook the salmon in a skillet over medium heat.
Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
