Baked Salmon with Lemon and HerbsIngredients:
1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and boneless 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 lemon, sliced into thin roundsInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Brush the salmon fillet with the olive oil mixture.

Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.

Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
