1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup marinara sauce 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and eggs.

Dip chicken strips into breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat.

Place chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve warm with your favorite sides.
