Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon and ThymeIngredients:
4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets, skin-on 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup lemon juice (from 1 lemon) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and browned.

Flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

Add the garlic, lemon juice, and thyme to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Pour the garlic-lemon-thyme sauce over the salmon fillets and serve immediately.
Tips:
To ensure even cooking, make sure the salmon fillets are about the same thickness.
If you don’t have fresh thyme, you can use 1 teaspoon dried thyme instead.
Serve the salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or grilled asparagus.
