Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon-Herb ButterIngredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 lemons, zested and juiced 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
3.
Add the olive oil to the skillet and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.

Sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and just cooked through.

Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
6.
Return the skillet to medium heat.
Add the melted butter, lemon zest and juice, parsley, and dill.
7.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the butter is melted and the herbs are fragrant.
8.
Pour the lemon-herb butter over the salmon fillets and serve immediately.
Tips:
For a crispy skin, ensure that the skin side of the salmon is dry before searing.
Use a mixture of parsley and dill or other fresh herbs you have on hand.
Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a light salad.
If you don’t have lemon zest, you can substitute 1 teaspoon of lemon extract.
