Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Toss to coat.

Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Tips:
For a crispier texture, roast the asparagus for a few minutes longer.
If you don’t have Parmesan cheese, you can substitute other hard cheeses, such as Pecorino Romano or Asiago.
To add more flavor, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs, such as basil or oregano, before serving.
