Roasted Garlic Parmesan ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 head of garlic 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, whisk together the olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat.

Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap it in aluminum foil.

Place the chicken and the garlic head on a baking sheet.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the garlic is soft.
7.
Remove the garlic from the foil and squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves.
8.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken and garlic.
9.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Tips:
For a crispier chicken, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.
You can use your favorite herbs and spices to season the chicken.
Serve the chicken with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or your favorite side dish.
