Sautéed Mushrooms with Spinach and GarlicIngredients:
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup fresh baby spinach 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

Add mushrooms and cook until softened and browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
Tips:
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or soy sauce to the skillet.
You can substitute other vegetables for spinach, such as kale or arugula.
Serve with crusty bread or pasta for a complete meal.
