Chicken and Asparagus Stir-FryIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper 1/2 cup sliced asparagus 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon sesame oilInstructions:

Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown on all sides.
3.
Push the chicken to the sides of the pan.
4.
Add the onion and red bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add the asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and stir to combine.
8.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
9.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
