Chicken and Broccoli Stir-FryIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, and water.
Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the broccoli, onion, carrots, and celery.
Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour the reserved sauce over the chicken and vegetables and bring to a simmer.

Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
7.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tips:
For a spicier stir-fry, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
You can add other vegetables to this stir-fry, such as snap peas, bell peppers, or mushrooms.
Serve over rice or noodles.
