Tips:
For a crispy skin on the chicken, pat the breasts dry with paper towels before roasting.
You can add other vegetables to this recipe, such as carrots, mushrooms, or asparagus.
If you don’t have Italian seasoning, use a combination of basil, oregano, thyme, and rosemary.
