Slow Cooker Pulled PorkIngredients:
2-3 pound pork shoulder (bone-in or boneless) 1 cup BBQ sauce 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker.

In a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3.
Pour the sauce over the pork shoulder, turning to coat.
4.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is fall-off-the-bone tender.
5.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
6.
Serve the pulled pork with additional BBQ sauce, coleslaw, or your favorite sides.
Tips:
For a crispier pulled pork, broil it for a few minutes under high heat after shredding.
If you don’t have BBQ sauce, you can substitute with your favorite sauce or homemade BBQ sauce.
You can add other ingredients to the sauce, such as honey, molasses, or chipotle peppers for extra flavor.
