Tex-Mex Chicken TacosIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning 1/2 cup water 12 corn or flour tortillas Toppings of your choice (such as shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, salsa)Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides.

Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken and stir to coat.
3.
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
4.
Shred or chop the chicken with two forks.
5.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a hot griddle.
6.
Fill each tortilla with some of the shredded chicken and your desired toppings.

Fold up the tacos and enjoy!Tips:
For a spicier taco, use more taco seasoning or add some chopped jalapeƱos.
You can also use ground beef or shredded pork in place of the chicken.
If you don’t have taco seasoning, you can make your own by combining chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and salt.
Serve the tacos with your favorite sides, such as rice, beans, or chips and salsa.
