Sesame Ginger NoodlesIngredients:
1 pound dry spaghetti noodles 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/4 cup sesame oil 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 cup chopped green onions, for topping Sesame seeds, for toppingInstructions:

Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions until al dente.
Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.

Tips:
For a richer flavor, use chunky peanut butter.
