1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 (12-ounce) package broccoli florets 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots 1/4 cup waterInstructions:

In a large bowl, combine the beef, cornstarch, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, hoisin sauce, ginger, and garlic.
Toss to coat.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add the beef and cook, stirring constantly, until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the broccoli, onions, and carrots to the skillet.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the water.
Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened, about 1-2 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
