Creamy Lemon ChickenIngredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Return the chicken to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Add the heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Stir in the parsley and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Tips:
For a richer flavor, use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little more chicken broth or milk.
Serve with a side of crusty bread or mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious sauce.
