Creamy Pesto PastaIngredients:
1 lb pasta (any shape) 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup heavy cream Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions.

In a food processor or blender, combine basil, parsley, spinach, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth.

Drain pasta and return it to the pot.
4.
Stir in pesto sauce and heavy cream.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until sauce is warm and creamy.
5.
Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired.
