Creamy Tuscan ChickenIngredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseInstructions:

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sun-dried tomatoes, onion, garlic, and oregano to the skillet.

Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Tips:
You can use any type of dried pasta for this dish.
If you don’t have sun-dried tomatoes, you can use regular tomatoes, chopped.
You can add other vegetables to this dish, such as mushrooms, zucchini, or bell peppers.
Serve with a side of bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
