Creamy Pesto PastaIngredients:
1 pound dried pasta (such as penne or rotini) 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (optional) Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and reserve.

In a large saucepan, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes (if using).
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to coat.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs, if desired.
Variation:
For a vegetarian version, omit the sun-dried tomatoes.
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
To make the pasta creamier, add an additional 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
