Roasted Garlic Parmesan PotatoesIngredients:
1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 head of garlic, cloves separated and peeled 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the potatoes on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
5.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6.
Serve immediately.
Tips:
For a crispy exterior, toss the potatoes with cornstarch before roasting.
If you don’t have parchment paper, lightly grease the baking sheet.
To make ahead, roast the potatoes as directed and allow them to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in a preheated oven before serving.
