Easy LasagnaIngredients:
1 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce 1 (15-ounce) can tomato paste 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried basil Salt and pepper to taste 12 lasagna noodles 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese 1 (15-ounce) container cottage cheese 1 (16-ounce) container mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseInstructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
Drain off any excess fat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, cottage cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Spread 1 cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Top with 6 lasagna noodles.

Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
Repeat with the remaining sauce, noodles, and ricotta mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.

Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the noodles are cooked through.

Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use a combination of ground beef and Italian sausage.
If you don’t have lasagna noodles, you can use any type of flat pasta, such as fettuccine or linguine.
You can also add other vegetables to the sauce, such as mushrooms, bell peppers, or zucchini.
Top with your favorite marinara sauce.
Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best flavor.
