Savory Zucchini and Feta FrittataIngredients:
1 large zucchini (about 500g), grated 1 cup (240g) crumbled feta cheese 6 large eggs 1/2 cup (120ml) milk Salt and black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil Optional toppings:
sliced tomatoes, chopped onion, fresh herbsInstructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, feta cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges start to set.

If desired, top with sliced tomatoes, chopped onion, or fresh herbs.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
7.
Let the frittata cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Tips:
For extra flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese instead of feta.
If you don’t have an ovenproof skillet, you can transfer the mixture to an 8-inch (20cm) ovenproof dish before baking.
Serve the frittata with a side salad or bread for a complete meal.
